The attachment contains three different purchase price scenarios: $250,000, $500,000 and $750,000. Please note that the scenarios should be used as a guideline only. Individual results will vary. Please consult an experienced loan officer or mortgage broker for a good faith estimate relative to a specific financing arrangement.
